Inside our operations bunker. It had 2 chart tables, a desk, 3 phones, a radio and a stove. It was built like a log house under ground. Walls were paneled with boards from ammo cases which were burnt with a blow torch to give a knotty pine effect. There was a waterproof tarp and 4 feet of rock on the roof. John is on the right.
