Looking at her face, the chin is up and to the left.

Hard to get a good view of the face, since she has her hand up. The little twig on her chest is the umbilical cord.
If you look carefully, you can make out a tiny little nose--but you need to pick it out from the lighter area in the background--it's smaller than it looks!
